Transformational Service Delivery: Taking Initiative using Analytical Thinking

Description:  This interactive course will be held virtually using the Zoom platform with live instructor-led course content based on best practices and strategies designed to empower attendees to move beyond task-oriented thinking and learn how to be accountable for their own service delivery methods fully. Attendees will learn how to improve their ability to analyze information and take the initiative to implement non-traditional solutions that will better meet the needs of the customer, improve operations, and propel themselves and the organization to a new level of success.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to take ownership of the space they are given to fulfill their duties and feel fulfilled in their careers
  • To understand the difference between transactional and transformative service delivery
  • Methods to uncover additional information about customers through the use of effective communication skills
  • How to utilize Root Cause Analysis to address customer challenges and provide practical solutions
