During this training, we will explore the best practices associated with building and maintaining strong, healthy, working relationships that have their foundation built upon trust.  There will be a special emphasis on how this can be accomplished during the pandemic-influenced working environments that we find ourselves in today.  Core concepts include 7-elements of healthy working relationships, 3 pillars of trust, virtual team building.

  • Workshop Two (Leaders/Managers): Time Management | July 13, 2021, 1 pm EST

Personal time management skills are essential for professional success in any workplace. Those able to successfully implement time management strategies are able to control their workload rather than spend each day in a frenzy of activity reacting to crisis after crisis – stress declines and personal productivity soars! These highly effective individuals are able to focus on the tasks with the greatest impact to them and their organization. The Time Management workshop will cover strategies to help participants learn these crucial strategies.

  • Workshop Three (Leaders/Managers): Leadership Skills in a Virtual World | July 27, 2021, 1 pm EST

  • Workshop Four (All Staff): Rapid Re-employment in a Virtual Landscape | August 4, 2021, 1 pm EST

This workshop is intended to provide individuals with the tools, support, and encouragement needed to carry out the great responsibility of serving individuals and communities that have been impacted by COVID-19 related employment/unemployment and career transition.  During the 90-minute workshop, topics such as coping with stress and offering hope, building resiliency, and developing career planning strategies will be presented.
